Writing from the app
Open the menu and choose Support under Help & feedback, then pick bug, idea or question. You can also shake your phone on any screen: a bug report opens with a screenshot of that screen attached.
A message sent from the app includes your phone model, the app version and the language you are learning, so you don't have to write them.
Reporting a bug from this page
A message from this page or by email doesn't include those details, so tell us:
- your phone model, and the app version (shown at the bottom of the menu)
- the language you are learning, and the book if it happened while reading
- what you did just before it happened
