Hi, I’m Marco. I started building Simply Fluent in 2018 as a little side project, and it went on to become something much bigger than I ever anticipated.
Since launching in July 2025, I’ve been constantly adjusting and adapting to keep up with your feedback. For the past couple of months I’ve stepped back to plan and rebuild it properly, taking everything you’ve told me into account, along with what I’ve learned from other projects.
I’ve put a strong focus on the interface and the experience of using the app, added the gamification a lot of you asked for, and fixed a lot of bugs along the way. It’s a much better experience, and I’m genuinely excited to share it with you.
