How to Request Data Deletion

  1. Send an email to gdpr AT simplyfluent.com from the email address associated with your Simply Fluent account
  2. Include a clear request for your account to be deleted
  3. We’ll respond with a confirmation request to verify your identity
  4. Once verified, we’ll proceed with deleting your personal data

What Gets Deleted

When we process your deletion request:

  • Your email address will be removed from our authentication platform
  • Your payment information will be deleted from our payment processor
  • Your personal profile information will be permanently deleted
  • Any other personally identifiable information will be removed from our systems

What We Retain

We may retain certain types of data even after processing your deletion request:

  1. Non-personal data: Information related to your interactions with the app solely for the purpose of understanding user behavior and improving our service. This retained data is anonymized and cannot be used to identify you personally.

  2. Purchase-related data: Information related to your purchases and financial transactions may be retained for longer periods to comply with tax laws, financial regulations, and other legal obligations. Processing Time

We aim to process all deletion requests within 30 days of verification, in accordance with GDPR requirements.
